Controlled Tower Fall
An engineering team will calculate a cut pattern on the bottom section of the turbine based on thickness of the tower section, other dimensions and direction we want the machine to fall. In addition, seismic testing results can be provided upon request for sensitive areas (underground gas lines, etc...)
After the pattern is complete the controlled fall will be enacted through means of directional charges or other special solutions that may be required for particular projects.
Once the tower rests on the ground we will start processing the material to be fully recycled which includes the fiberglass
We have partnered directly with multiple companies who will process the fiberglass material in blades and other components to a full lifecycle solution.

Removal of the Foundations
We offer turnkey solutions which will include any civil work needed: from relocating access roads down to seeding the soil to reinstate the area back into its near natural state.
During the initial planning we will work with you on identifying all the areas of need and find the best course of action.
Civil Work
In many cases our customers are contractually required to remove some if not all of the foundation.
We will process to your contractual requirements to ensure there is no doubt once we cover up the area with existing or fresh dirt. Pictures of proof will be provided for each pad and many times we will work closely with your landowners to make sure they are fully satisfied with our quality of work before deeming that area complete.
We have experience in multiple foundations designs and have many preferred methods to ensure all material is processed and removed where necessary.
